it's vivian she usually has buns in her hair so thats why the ribbons are flowingin the wind. yea...its her outfit. 0-0 I beat devil may cry 3 it was so freaking hard! (just thought you should know that.)

yes she is and its kind of hard to explain, this is how she looks normaly but when she puts the mask on she has all that "cool" swords, armor, and stuff. she has brown hair grey/ocean colored eyes.
