a good reason, too: the castle was put in by paint, and took about 10-20 minutes, and
doing that for 66 separate frames would be..... stupid.
once i completed this, i was about to upload it, and realized it went too fast. so, i made a new frame to stick in between every frame i had, and now it's slow. and now it looks good. I had a lot of problems making this. maybe a third of the pictures had the wrong ground covering, and i had to redo them. and then i hit some naming problems, which were the result of, and resulted in, renaming each frame 2-3 times, and converting each and every one to a jpeg. believe me, renaming 66 frames that many times is NOT FUN!!! but music helps. i spent a lot of that time listening to dte's "beat of the dragon," thanks a lot for making it, it saved my life.
ok, enough complaining. i personally like the sunlight on water and the sunbeams in the air. COMMENT!!the_ocarina_of_time

I took quite awhile to color it, then at the last second applied a crazy effect to it, and it turned into this, which I thought was cool. It looks like an etching in stone that was stained the proper colors or something. He's supposed to be in the zora-tunic but the last-second edit makes it VERY dark. And the eye turned out kinda strange...not the perfectest job but I thought we needed something different than my usual stuff.dudeofrandomness

I know there are problems, comes from the fact that I WAS only going to do something simple- by the time I realized I was really going to work on it, it would have taken so much work to fix the really obvious ones. There's also the chance that I just got lazy one some things- or something. As you can tell, this is an OoT redead. Yes, that is a snake coming out of his neck, yes, those are maggots in his tongue, and yes, he does have dripping blisters on his eye. Heh, and you thought they weren't all that scary.
Pretty much the entire thing is PS brushwork. One gradient tool. No filters or other good stuff (can't think of a good way to work it in when I can just brush it on there). I'm content with it. Hope you guys like it.

colored.pngMilo and Shaun, traced and colored1667 viewsPretty self explainatory. I traced and colored this comic from John and Milo, (the 17th comic by jiminycricketX) using flash 6, so that it would be both in color and smoothed. Notice how much higher resolution this pic is.
Ran it through photoshop for a brief minute, so I could put in some soft shading that is difficult to accomplish in flash. Overall very productive.Koroks Rock
