zora.jpgZora918 viewsHere is my redesign of the male Zora. As you can see, not much has changed. The major changes would be to the hands, which have become more fish or bird like, but have two opposible thumbs on each side. His fins remain relatively the same except the two arm fins. The arms fins, when in the water, are strecthd out, allowing the zora to glide through the water at great speeds with little movement. When out of the water, the fins contract and slide up the arm, sticking upwards from the elbow. I placed the gills at the rib-cage, so the zora can still breath even with partially surfaced. His outfit is only a few garments, a shrawl around the waist, and some arm and shin bands. Also instead of having normal eyes I gave him shark like eyes, for better sight underwater. One will assume they have dolphin like sonar, but you cant draw that, so its implied.Braxis

Edit: I just looked at some of my pics and a lot of them are 1s or 0s what the h*** is up with that?! I don't want to sound conceited or anything but I work really hard on my pics and seeing them get zeros breaks my heart. =( I don't think its nice to just frollic around the gallery and click zeros for people (yes I said PEOPLE it's not just my art its a lot of peoples whose art I think is really good!) So now I'm both extremely sad as well as angered! ;_;

I did this a while back for AMA 06 (an anime convention that comes to town in June) and actually sold a print of it *gasp!* Aside from the older style, it looks MUCH better than the origional (I brightened it and smudged it to look like a painting) I'm thinking about completely re-making this pic for comparison purposes (and I'd rather have a European-style dragon there. I was still a newb, so crossing over Asian style into a medieval based world was a verry newb-ish thing to do) LinkFan
